According to the city law, the maximum is three people at a time. If you would like to book a pedicab tour with more than three people, we can provide multiple pedicabs, just let us know how many people when you book your tour.

According to our policy, anyone under 12 is considered a kid. Tickets for anyone 12 or older require a full-price ticket.

Our earliest tour begins at 8 AM and our latest tour can begin at 6 PM. We operate 7 days a week.

Our main pick up location is set at 200 Central Park South, at the corner of 59th Street and 7th Avenue. But we are also flexible and can pick you up where you are if you're located within five blocks from our pick up location. If you aren't sure whether we can pick you up, just give us a call and we'll let you know.

Our tours vary from 1-3 hours.

Official Central Park Tours have pedicab tour guides available during any kind of weather condition as long as it isn't severe. We even have warm blankets available for you to use! we have warm blankets so do not worry just book your tour. However, if you rather reschedule, you can give us a call and we'll reschedule your tour. If you need to cancel your booking in advance, we're more than happy to offer you a total refund if the weather doesn't permit you to take the tour.

We have pedicab tour guides that can speak English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Russian and Portuguese. To request a guide that speaks a specific language other than English, just let us know when you book or give us a call.
